AriaAI Ltd ("AriaAI", "we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
AriaAI provides an AI-powered Pay-Per-Click (PPC) management platform that connects to advertising platforms including Google Ads (and others listed in our documentation) to automate and optimise your advertising campaigns.
The Service includes automated bid management, AI-generated ad copy, performance analytics, competitor intelligence, budget optimisation, and related features as described in our product documentation.
Important: The Service acts as an agent on your advertising accounts. While we implement safety controls, you remain responsible for all advertising spend incurred through your connected accounts and for ensuring your campaigns comply with applicable platform policies.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Service requires you to grant AriaAI Standard-level access to your Google Ads account(s) via OAuth 2.0. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google account settings. Revocation will prevent the Service from functioning but does not constitute cancellation of your subscription.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the organisation on whose behalf you are signing up. You must have a valid Google Ads account and accept Google's Terms of Service independently.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing and plan features are listed at ariaai.com/pricing. Prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes.
We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. No charge is made during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your selected plan will begin and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no partial-month refunds are issued. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Your plan includes a maximum managed ad spend threshold. Exceeding this threshold may result in service degradation or an automatic prompt to upgrade. AriaAI does not charge fees based on managed spend; the threshold is a service eligibility criterion only.

The Service, including its AI models, algorithms, software, design, and documentation, is owned by AriaAI and protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription.
You retain all rights to your campaign data, ad creative, and account information. You grant AriaAI a limited licence to access and process this data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Service may be used by AriaAI without restriction or compensation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; access continues until then.
AriaAI may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails after reasonable retry attempts, or if continued service would violate applicable law.
Upon termination, we will delete your account data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or our legitimate business interests. You may request an export of your data prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved after 30 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings.
